We stayed there for 4 nights We received a not very clean apartment with minimal consideration Not even a single tea bag. The place does not provide a towel change service and for the entire period we only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper. The place is beautiful and nice

I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room.

Very Nice

We were greeted by the proprietress and she was very accommodating. The first room she offered us smelled of smoke and she arranged for an alternate. The facility is very clean and offers quite a nice range of activities - table games, two different pools a park for children and an entrance gate that gives the feeling of safety. The hotel is very close to Sorano which we found thoroughly delightful.

Nice location to visit Tuscany.

The hotel location was very good to visit Tuscany and 1.5 hours from the coast. The staff was friendly and always available. Breakfast was minimal but coffee was good. Find a grocery store before you arrive. No place to buy food at the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for one night only, on our way from Pitigliano to Siena. We got a real nice apartment. The staff (one person only...) was very helpful, although he did not speak any English. Breakfast was really OK, although we were the only guests in the taverna. A nearby mini market provdided our supplies for supper.

La struttura Ú grande ma facilmente fruibile perché tutto Ú vicino e a misura d'uomo, piscina e parcheggio a vista compresi. Gli ambienti delle camere sono funzionali e ben sfruttati. I materiali sono ottimi e si nota come tengono alle qualità delle infrastrutture come i climatizzatori, efficenti e praticamente nuovi. La piscina Ú splendida e sempre pulita. Personale simpatico, disponibile e pulizia degli ambienti eccezzionale, piscina compresa. Adatto anche ai bambini, specialmente la seconda piscina. Il bar in piscina Ú comodissimo, ben fornito e e meglio gestito. 3 giorni passati benissimo, viene voglia di tornarci...bravi.

Le personnel Ă©tait bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Si vous voulez des dĂ©fis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrĂȘtĂ© de sautĂ© tout au long du sĂ©jour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branchĂ©. J’ai eu du plaisir Ă  trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poĂȘle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir.

Excellent complexe de qualité.

Une superbe rĂ©gion avec de beaux endroits et villages atypique et historiques. Des commerces de proximitĂ©s et des supers marchĂ©s. Certaines choses sont trĂšs compĂ©titives aux niveaux tarifs et d'autres un peu excessifs. Le complexe et super, on sait trĂšs bien senti en famille et mĂȘme des couples se se sentiront bien. Car nous avons trouvĂ© de maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale des familles respectueuses rien Ă  voir avec certains complexes touristiques. L'appartement Ă©tait de bien avec une climatisation centrale mais bien tempĂ©rĂ© malgrĂ© la chaleur et pas de bruits de fonctionnement. Les extĂ©rieurs super bien entretenus, des coins d'ombres, de la verdure. Des transats et parasols pour tout le monde en pleins moi d'aoĂ»t et personne mets sa serviette pour bloquer son transat toute la journĂ©e comme on peut voir dans pleins d'hĂŽtels. Du linge de lits et une literie de qualitĂ© mĂȘme le canapĂ© de lit. Des serviettes de bains aussi de bonnes qualitĂ©s. Un personnel et des responsables hypers souriants Ă  l'Ă©coute rĂ©actifs et accueillants. 2 piscines dont une chauffĂ©e Ă  la perfection. J'ai vraiment adorĂ© le lieu, des barbecues, des espaces verts et jeux pour les enfants avec de l'espace. Une sensation de sĂ©curitĂ© avec l'accĂšs fermĂ© et parking et allĂ©es avec camĂ©ras. Des tarifs trĂšs accessibles pour se restaurer ou boire un verre. Le seul petit bĂ©mol c'est que cela manque d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Mais c'est pas trop grave et on prĂ©voit de revenir en aoĂ»t 2024. Je conseille Ă  300% !

Nice neighborhood with Sorano close by. No restaurant or bar open. Lack of bedsheets and towels for 3 people. The shower head was too heavy to stay in the shower head holder

La struttura Ăš immersa nel verde, silenziosa e comoda, i servizi sono interessanti anche se, per via del tempo e del periodo, non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire. l'appartamento avrebbe necessitĂ  di qualche ritocco ma Ăš perfettamente funzionale ed a misura di famiglia. Una nota dolente Ăš stato il funzionamento del wifi che comunque almeno per noi era trascurabile mentre una nota altamente positiva la comoditĂ  del letto!
