Its a quiet property 27 minutes drive to Bologna Fiere staff is very friendly. Dining options are limited if you gave car. Nothing could be better

Cheap/Convenient

Short stay for concert in Reggio Emilia. Cheap and convenient for our stay. For the price it was perfect however Air conditioning is awful in room. Extremely Noisy and impossible to work. Cooler in corridors! Very dated and dirty decor especially carpets. Staff very helpful though and pleasant Despite its flaws the price is hard to argue with

The staff are great. The room doors are very loud so you hear everyone coming in and out and then a barrage of slams in the morning as the cleaners are making the rooms up. Carpets in the hallways are stained, torn etc. The breakfast buffet includes machine made cappuccino that was horrible. Skip included breakfast and go to a bar down the road.
