From this point you can quickly reach many places, such as Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Norcia, Cascia, Perugia, Orvieto, Cascate delle marmore, Foligno and much more. The apartment is on the second floor and consists of: two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with tub and shower, living room, kitchen, a large balcony from which you can admire an enchanting panorama. It is in a single property and the lower floor is inhabited by the owners willing to satisfy every single need of the guests. outside there is a garden with a swing for those with children, the parking is located on site and is free. At about 70 meters there is the municipal swimming pool within walking distance equipped with restaurant and pizzeria, in the village there is a long tree-lined avenue for strolling, in the central square you can admire the beautiful castle of Count Ritaldi, from which it takes its name CASTEL RITALDI. NB: pets are allowed.

Accoglienza, come a casa.

Casa molto spaziosa, pulita e luminosa, terrazzi e una vista superba sul borgo e sulla bella camoagna Umbra.La sigrora Catia molto gentile e disponibile, ha fatto trovare anche tutto l'occorrente per una abbondante colazione.Grazie di tutto.

L'espace chez Catia est grand, très beau, très propre, Catia nous a mit le lait, le jus, du cafe, du té et des biscuits pour le petit déjeuner. Elle était super aimable et nous avons adoré cette location et ses belles vues. Merci beaucoup Catia!

Ottima. Abbiamo trovato ciò che cercavamo. Casa molto grande, pulita, con tutto ciò che serviva, addirittura la possibilità di scegliere in quale camera dormire. Assolutamente nessun problema con la nostra cagnolina, anzi, proprietaria amante degli animali. Ottima posizione x le escursioni ad Assisi e dintorni. Seguendo le indicazioni della proprietaria siamo stati a Bevagna e Montefalco....datele retta sono dei gioiellini. E se per cena volete apprezzare la cucina buona....locanda del Rovicciano, vale davvero la pena, posto molto bello, personale top e chef Andrea super top❤️
