Boasting in total a size of over 16,000 sqft, offering an amazing 3,000 square feet of porch space in each, all set on a 10-acre expanse with endless infinity views of the Mississippi River. This estate is a highlight of a larger 40-acre private ranch nestled on the bluffs of the Mississippi. Both mansions are located next to each other and are in excellent condition, featuring large, open floor plan spaces that is perfect for families, friends, and corporate retreats. Revel in breathtaking views, including awe-inspiring sunrises and majestic flights of eagles, hawks, and geese. The serenity lodges feature an outdoor hot tub, cozy fireplace in the spacious living area, alongside a pool table, ping pong and foosball tables, dart board and a fully fitted bar. Movie room area with big screen projector and surround sound. In total, both properties boast 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, including one with a large jetted tub for ultimate relaxation and 2 washrooms.

Beautiful Lodge

I lead a young adult retreat for our church (24 people). Had a wonderful time, beautiful lodges, great scenery, and tons of stuff to do at the Lodge. Check-in and out was easy, good communication, and place was clean and easy to use. We had a wonderful time!
