Decent stay while traveling through on a road trip. Check in is 3:00, but we had to wait until the room was clean for over an hour. The front desk person was nice and efficient, housekeeping was a bit lacking.

The person at the night desk was very friendly and accommodating. Reserved a pet friendly room from Expedia and was put on the third floor. Was at the very far end of the floor with an exit door although there was no way to get back in without wedging the door open. No in room service until requested on what would be the third night of a three night stay.

The room smelled terrible. There was food left in the refrigerator from someone else who had room 103. We did NOT put anything in it. There was hair in the tub from previous people. Overall, SUPER 8 BY WYNDHAN CASPER WEST was awful.

Firstly, the lady at check in was wonderful. Got me a room even though i was early and put on popcorn. Sadly, they were the only highlights. My shower in the morning had no hot water plus the shower head was falling apart. The room stank of smoke. No cutlery for breakfast in the morning. The woman at check out was so rude and ignored me completely. Very sub par. Ive never experienced such service from a super 8 before and will question ever staying at one again.

Although check in was very friendly,upon entering our roomit was a big disappointment bed was clean and comfortable, the rest was not very impressive, stay in cody to see what a super 8 can be like

Greeted by a very friendly clerk and made to feel welcome! This place goes above and beyond to provide extra goodies to snack on. For someone who likes to walk, it's a perfect location near the Platte River Trail system. Would stay here again if we venture this way in the future.

Another excellent stay

This little place has become my go to when traveling i25 in Wyoming. Clean, quiet and only a few blocks from a grocery and restaurants. Lady who makes the daily fresh popcorn is a joy to interact with.

For a budget hotel it is very nice. The room was clean. You get what you pay for. The one exceptional thing was the hot breakfast. Very nice.
