Hotel is older and a little the worse for wear but the staff is superb. They cant do enough for you. The front desk lady on duty early shift Friday evening was truly outstanding. I believe her name was Rachel went out of her way to make a future booking for me in July.

We used the rear door to access our room as it was on that end of the hotel. It was fine, however it never seemed to be locked even though there was a keypad there, and also- the stairwell often had strong smoke smell.

Well the window didn’t lock correctly and there by making it easy to gain entry from the ground level window. Looking out the window I could see the underside of a truck and I smelled the exhaust coming in the window. The toilet is to close to the wall and well, it’s just to close.
