I have stayed here several times and I come for a dog show. The hotel is convenient amd the beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the areas to walk dogs have now gone downhill and become very limited.

We checked in to a well appointed room.The desk staff was open and friendly. We found a dirty fridge, which with a bit of soap and hot water was clean and useable. We enjoyed the quiet room, great parking and the closeness to our activities. The construction was a minor worry but a nearby Starbucks made up for it.

The rooms and property are nothing like the pictures. The property is very old. There is construction around the building and there was an area of the building with yellow caution tape around fallen bricks.

Could’ve been better —needs work!

We were disappointed in the condition of the property and grounds. The rooms were decent, no working phones, a broken, taped up desk chair. We asked for cleaning service for two days and did not get it. Finally on check out of the 3rd day at 9am, when we needed the rest, they were ready to clean the room and get us out.

Addition on Boston’s Pizza is nice. But included continental breakfast horrible. No elevator- our room on second floor. In our 70’s, and had to carry heavy luggage up flight of stairs ! Carpeting in hallways filthy - place very outdated. I do NOT recommend.

This was one of the worst stays I've experienced. The staff was amazing but everything else was terrible. They put us on the second floor when we have 3 small children, so a lot of baggage and no elevator. Checked in and it was humid and hot. We waited two hours and nothing got cooler. So I kindly went to the front desk and they knew they gave us a room without A/C! she offered to give us a fan and we could open our window. No way. So then she said she could move is. But she moved us clear across the building and still on the second floor. Then the new room there was dirt and hair in the shower. The TV in our first room didn't work. When we went to the pool there were no clean towels on the shelves. The breakfast was cold and little selection. The adjoining restaurant was awful as well but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Just overall very unhappy.
