The room stunk of tobacco smoking and bath stained with slow drain. Room decor is dated but roamy. Usual supplied essentials and secure back door for loading. Hot breakfast in a restaurant. Staff was very helpful and polite.

The lobby exudes a stunning elegance, adorned with intricate decor and inviting furnishings, yet this charm starkly contrasts with the rooms, which feel quite outdated and in urgent need of modernization. Upon entering my room, I was disappointed to discover a lack of attention to cleanliness; a noticeable clump of hair lingered in the shower, and the carpets appeared neglected—either unvacuumed or excessively worn—creating an overall impression of neglect. However, my most significant frustration stemmed from the inconsistent availability of hot water. During the first three days of my stay, I found myself repeatedly contacting the front desk to request maintenance, as the boiler often required restarting or fixing. On other occasions, I had to let the tap run for an agonizing 30 minutes before warm water finally flowed—a truly inconvenient ordeal. On a positive note, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and professional; each time I reached out for assistance, they responded promptly and courteously. In summary, despite the warm hospitality and the lobby’s aesthetic appeal, I would not consider returning to this hotel or recommending it to others unless substantial renovations are undertaken to enhance the quality of the rooms.

Nursing home vibes

This hotel was so sketchy. It looks like an old nursing home with the layout. Check in looked like the main floor with offices. First off check in was slow, the guy had no idea what he was doing & asked for help but the females were busy gossiping abour orher co workers. Mind you we just drove 14 hours! It was a maze to find the room itself. Hall entry and ourside entry. You had to go in through the hall entry to unlock the deadbolt to the door for the front outside entry. Bathroom had no door... NO DOOR!! It was an open area exactly like a nursing home or hospital. Floors were sticky. Very outdated. Furniture busted up. Free breakfast offered but we did not want to stay for that! I have never stayed at a hotel where I legit was not relaxed. Did not shower. Only slept. And left as soon as the sun started to rise 5:12am. $179.13 I expected alot more. I will say the bed is huge and very comfortable & that the ONLY nice thing I can say. I have marked it as a no go hotel on my next trips.

The property is not new, you can tell it’s been running for a while. However, there is a restaurant, a barber and a nice sized pool all joined in the property. The gym was of good size. Quiet, friendly staff definitely and good pricing will definitely bring you back.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is pretty dated and the rooms are pretty small. There is also no elevator and the stair are not very friendly for the older ones in my group. All in all it was an okay place.
