Comfort in Casper

Second time staying here and was as comfortable as the first time. Staff was helpful and the room was comfortable. It is in a great area with lots of food options and other things to do.

Concern about cancellation policy

This stay was good. I am concerned about how much it will cost me to cancel the other night I had reserved three days after the first one. Our plans got changed and I no longer want that second booking. I think they have two separate cancellation policies; one for people who booked directly with the hotel staff, and one for those of us who used hotels.com ( or some other similar entity)

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff very friendly, but I did have trouble with the door locks - it took some effort to make the bathroom door's work at all. There was also some wear on the walls, but overall worth what I paid, I think.

The front desk was friendly, the rooms were cold and quiet, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Our bathroom sink was slightly dirty, but other than that everything was good. Breakfast was pretty great for a hotel breakfast!
