No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
No pets or ESAs permitted. Service animals accommodated as required by law. Guide and service dogs trained to perform specific tasks or provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome. Service dogs should remain leashed or harnessed and under the control of their handler at all times. Dogs should be well groomed and up to date on all required immunizations. Handlers are responsible for the care of their service dog and for cleaning up after them.

Fireworks
Fireworks are not permitted under any circumstances.

Neighboring Properties
Guests are not permitted to trespass on neighboring properties at any time.

Fireplace
Please do not rearrange the gas fireplace logs.

Skylights
Skylights must remain closed at all times and should not be opened.

Kitchen
Please note that the refrigerator ice maker is currently unavailable. Ice trays are provided for guest use, and we recommend picking up a bag of ice before arrival for added convenience.

Storage Areas
The shed and downstairs armoire are not available for guest use at any time.

Lake Use
Guests have direct access to the lake and waterfront areas. Please use caution, supervise children and non-swimmers at all times, and note that all lake, dock, and waterfront use is at your own risk. By booking and occupying the property, guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release and hold harmless the property owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from use of the waterfront or lake access areas. Children’s Safety
For safety reasons, climbing on the rock wall is strictly prohibited.

Exterior Security Cameras
The property is equipped with 3 exterior security cameras located at the front porch, backyard, and driveway. Cameras are used for security and monitoring purposes only and do not monitor any interior spaces.

Fire Pit Safety & Operating Instructions
The fire must always be supervised by an adult and should never be left unattended while burning or while hot embers remain. Please use only the designated fire pit and burn firewood only. Before leaving the area, use the provided metal bucket to completely extinguish the fire with water. The fire is not considered fully extinguished until there are no glowing embers, heat, or smoke. Thank you for following these instructions and helping us keep the property safe.

Grills
A grill is not provided at the property to help protect guests and reduce the risk of attracting bears and other wildlife. Guests may bring their own portable grill, but it must be removed upon departure. Please clean up all food, grease, and residue after use, and never leave the grill unattended.
