The location is excellent, and the breakfast buffet was decent. However, for a 5-star hotel at this price point, the experience fell short. There were ants in the room, the mattress was of poor quality, and room service was very disappointing. Additionally, a municipal tax was charged at checkout without prior notice, which was unexpected.
