Breakfast needs healthier choices. One night hot tub was too cold and staff wasn't able to turn it up. Room was large and clean but wish it had refrigerator and microwave.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff, especially Victoria, were great! The deluxe suite with the jetted tub was so spacious, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hot tub and pool areas were nice, clean and mostly empty while we were there. The staff was mostly great and accommodating. The breakfast was really fantastic and the cook was alot of fun. The only issue i had was checking in. I was hoping for an early check in and waited for hours on thepromise of an early check in. Not only did we not get an early one we actually didn't get an on time check in. All the while watching literally dozens of people check in ahead of me. It was frustrating but the rooms and accommodations made up for my irritation

Just a nice and comfy hotel on our road trip. Room was charming, breakfast was traditional but very good, very helpful staff. Cascade is a charming community in mid Idaho.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and staff was very nice. However our roomm was right next to the elevator which made it noisy around the clock. Room 110 needs to be either sound proof or not rented out.

The room was clean. I loved how quiet it was. The breakfast was not good! Example: scrambled eggs in a plastic bag! Foil wrapped potatoes, sweet potato hash, fried potatoes, watery sausage patties, waffle machine and a few muffins. Also, coffee. Pitiful!

Well cared for property in great condition. Check in was easy and everything went smoothly getting to room and parking etc. There’s a nice restaurant attached that we would’ve gone to if it had a full bar. They served wine and beer only. The menu sounded tasty and the interior was a nice setting too.
