Imagine sitting on this terrace, listening to the waves from the Mediterranean Sea 20 meters away, taking in the panoramic view over the sea to Africa and Gibraltar. This south-facing and bright, 1st floor contemporary apartment was completely refurbished in 2016 and equipped with high quality furnishing, beds, and kitchen appliances.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and ample cupboard space and a safe. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed.

To satisfy the need for entertainment - and perhaps work - the apartment offers fiber-optic internet (Wi-Fi) and a 43” flat screen TV with international channels.

You will have access to a private underground parking space with a lift. Next to the parking space you have a private room ideal for storing beach gear and golf clubs.

Between the apartment and the sea, you’ll find a well-maintained garden area with two large swimming pools. From the garden, there is direct access to the beach and you can walk along the beach to several very nice restaurants / beach clubs – one for every occasion: Bahia Beach and la Sal are both hugely popular for there charming location and good food. The upscale Finca Cortesin Beach Club offers the perfect setting for a special treat during your holiday stay. In the morning you walk 5 Minutes along the beach to buy your bread - how better can you start a day?

Estapona is Special.
Beautiful beach area. Beach itself not very good. Estapona is a nice mix of city amenities with small town feel. Apartment perfect. Clean, spacious, well appointed and private balcony in a very nice development. Disappointed that the pool was not open.

Wonderful three weeks
We stayed at this wonderful property for 3 weeks in February to escape the cold at home. It exceeded our expectations. After sleeping on the very comfortable bed, it was soothing to wake up to the sounds of the sea. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, as well as an assortment of spices to make great meals. The location was perfect! Close to the beautiful, lively town of Espetona. Don’t miss the Orchidarium! Sotogrande was about 20 minutes away, with great shopping, and cafes. Saskia lives nearby, and responded immediately to any questions we had. A very gracious host!

For a sea lover , this apartment is the best . The view and sound of the sea is amazing . The apartment was clean and all appliances easy to use . All the information and communications were straight forward . We would love to stay again.

Modern and tasteful flat with great views of the sea
The flat was as described - quite spacious as there were only the 2 of us. Everything was clean, modern and tasteful with a spacious terrace with great views of the sea and pool. There was everything you needed, although the microwave was not working. The location is lovely, although to beach at the front of the property is quite narrow and you need to walk a little way along the coast to get to a wider beach. There are 2 restaurants within 10 mins walk with lots of restaurants in Estepona (about a 20 min drive) and Sabinillas (10 minute drive). I would recommend the property and my only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the bedding - the pillows were awful!

Picture perfect!
Where to start…. There is always a leap of faith moment booking online, hoping that the images match reality. With this apartment, it absolutely did. Splendid views every time you walk into the sitting room. Modern, clean and comfortable furniture throughout. Exceptionally clean and bright rooms and all the standard house ‘kit’ you need. The aircon was fierce and much needed in the evenings. It is doable without a car! An easy walk along the Senda Litoral to Sabinillas and Duqesa. Supermarkets, butchers and greengrocers all available in Sabinillas and plenty of fish restaurants by the sea. Uber works to get to Estepona/ Sotogrande and we understand there are buses if you want to go further. The pool was excellent and if you walk through the side gate you are on the beach. Saskia was super fast in responding to any questions or queries, she could not have been more helpful. Cannot recommend this place highly enough for a chilled out break in the sun.
