Imagine sitting on this terrace, listening to the waves from the Mediterranean Sea 20 meters away, taking in the panoramic view over the sea to Africa and Gibraltar. This south-facing and bright, 1st floor contemporary apartment was completely refurbished in 2016 and equipped with high quality furnishing, beds, and kitchen appliances.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and ample cupboard space and a safe. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed.

To satisfy the need for entertainment - and perhaps work - the apartment offers fiber-optic internet (Wi-Fi) and a 43” flat screen TV with international channels.

You will have access to a private underground parking space with a lift. Next to the parking space you have a private room ideal for storing beach gear and golf clubs.

Between the apartment and the sea, you’ll find a well-maintained garden area with two large swimming pools. From the garden, there is direct access to the beach and you can walk along the beach to several very nice restaurants / beach clubs – one for every occasion: Bahia Beach and la Sal are both hugely popular for there charming location and good food. The upscale Finca Cortesin Beach Club offers the perfect setting for a special treat during your holiday stay.
