I arrived in Malaga and was picked up at a coach station in Estapona, by a friend who then drove us to pick the keys for the apartment.
I immediately asked my friend who had just picked us up if we could go to a supermarket to purchase the bare essentials. Tea, coffee, and a few croissants 🥐
Little did we know and of course to our surprise, it was all there.
On arrival to the apartment, we all stood and smiled.
Like children we walked around and then sat comfortably and tuned in to the WiFi and Netflix.
We could not have asked for more.
The apartment was fully equipped and the display of the towels on the bed were made in line with a 5 star hotel.
The apartment was spotless, welcoming and fully equipped.
The weather on arrival was like Gail force winds, but we still smiled and immediately started entertaining our friend with a glass of wine as we raised our glasses and made a toast to our safe arrival and to say the least, luxurious surroundings
We couldn’t help ourselves with the picture taking and social media posting.
The weather, our friends across the road, it was hard to actually leave and go out, and we didn’t feel like it anyway, the weather didn’t permit or entice us to leave and we were quite happy to stay in.
We watched movies, and sat and watched the wind blowing, and gazed at the roaring sea.
Romance was in the air, after all we came for a Valentines week, and that we had, right down to candles were part of the furnishings .
I’ve told my friends who live across the road from the apartment that if available we will definitely love to revisit.
I’ve also told my friends in London, that this is the place to be.
Absolutely wonderful.
I would recommend to all and sundry.

Great appartment view a fantastic view
Great apartment with comfortable furniture inside and outside. Equipped kitchen. Nice and quiet location. Well maintained and clean landscaping. Comfortable Sun beds at the pool area. Super friendly and professional contact. Very easy booking, check-in and check-out process. 5 stars out of 5!

Schöne, neue Residenz beim Golf Dona Julia
Der Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% dem online-Inserat. Da es Gott sei Dank in dieser Umgebung keine Baustellen (eine Ausnahme) war es sehr ruhig. Dies hatte auch damit zu tun, dass nur ca. 50% der Wohnungen bewohnt waren. Wir hatten leider laute Nachbarn (tagsüber), was der Aufenthalt auf der traumhaften Terrasse nicht möglich machte. Es war auch eine Wohltat, dass keine bellenden Hunde in der Residenz waren (auch eine Ausnahme). Die Infrastruktur war sehr gut.
Minus-Punkte: die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre, die Terrasse verfügt über eine Glasfront, ich stelle mir vor, dass es sehr störend sein wird, im Sommer, wenn alle Leute die zur Gym oder Schwimmbad laufen, den Weg benützen müssen, der unmittelbar vor der Terrasse führt.
Der Wohnungstüre-Schloss ist extrem laut, es muss eine Fehlkonstruktion sein. Sehr unangenehm, wenn wir oder die Nachbarn nachts zurückkommen, keine Chance, uns nicht zu hören !
Es ist schade, dass der Terrasse-Boden bereits sehr viele Flecken aufweist, die offenbar nicht mehr zu entfernen sind.
Die Dusche-Wanne ist sehr tief (2-3 cm), der Abfluss sehr langsam, also ein Problemfall.
Die zugewiesenen Parkplätze innerhalb der Residenz sind eng und wir waren 5 Wochen lang schockiert, wie unfassbar respektlos, Leute parken.
Es fehlt ein bisschen an Kontrolle durch die Vermietungsagentur.
