Casa Miguel is a completely renovated and refurbished flat situated in the first row, directly on the cliffs.

The view from the roof terrace is unbeatable and will always be remembered. The roof terrace is equipped with a dining area, barbecue, sun loungers and a parasol.

The flat comprises a living room with separate dining area with stunning sea views, a bedroom, a shower room with underfloor heating, as well as a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and the entrance area from which you also access the roof terrace.

The living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, which also has a heating function.

From the living room and the bedroom you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The location, furnishings and equipment promise an unforgettable stay. Among other things, you have a satellite TV (flat screen) with many German, English and other channels, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher at your disposal.

Very good accomodation

A modern villa that made our stay really lovely. Apart from the 50€ that we had to pay in order to use the air/con that we didn’t really know about it, we had a really pleasent time. Our guest Harald was a very helpful person. The view from the roof top is absolutely amazing very quite area at the outskirts of Carvoeiro. Highly recommend the place for a week getaway Thank you very much

Komfortables Appartement mit Meerblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartement liegt direkt an der am Meer (Steilküste) und lädt zum Wandern und Spazieren mit einem atemberaubenden Blick ein. Der Sandstrand zum Baden ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die Dachterasse mit Grill! Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub! Vielen Dank Herr Wittmann!

Tolle Dachterrasse unmittelbar am Meer

Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Dachterrasse mit wunderbarem Meerblick. Die Terrassen der Nachbarwohnungen grenzen unmittelbar an und die Trennmauer ist nicht sonderlich hoch, was die Privatsphäre ein bisschen stören kann. Die Küche ist zwar klein aber super ausgestattet. Insgesamt perfekt gelegen für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Traumhafte Lage

Direkter Blick aufs nahe Meer von Wohnung im ersten Stock und der großen Terasse. Strand fussläufig in 5-10 Minuten. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zur Selbstversorgung notwendig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht weit weg. Unterstützung durch Herrn Wittmann perfekt. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Super Aussicht und tolle Lage

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr schnell und freundlich. Für unseren doch etwas größeren Bus wurde ein Parkplatz freigemacht. Ohne dass wir danach gefragt haben, haben wir für unsere 7 Monate alte Tochter ein sehr liebevoll vorbereitetes Babybett bekommen. Das alleine zeigt schon wirklich tolle Gastgeberqualität. Waschmaschine und Trockner haben super funktioniert, ebenso wie das WLAN. Die Duschkabine war sehr sauber und schick, allerdings ist sie recht klein. Wir sind durchschnittlich groß und schwer, für sehr große oder übergewichtige Menschen könnte es eine Herausforderung werden dort zu duschen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Ausblick absolut phänomenal. Es macht einfach glücklich morgens den Rolladen hochzumachen und diesen Ausblick zu haben. Ein kurzer Weg (ca. 10 Min zu Fuß) führt zu einer tollen Badebucht mit Strandbar. Zurück ist es wegen der vielen Treppenstufen etwas anstrengend, aber das lässt sich an einer Steilküste nicht vermeiden. Auch nach Carvoeiro selbst kann man in einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang laufen. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Spar-Markt, der überraschend viel bietet. Allerdings sehr teuer. Für Kleinigkeiten ok, den Wocheneinkauf würde ich dort nicht machen wollen. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt denke ich aber, dass ein Auto eine gute Idee wäre.

Tolle Lage, super ausgestattet

Wir waren zwei Wochen im November in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Vier Sterne gibt es „nur“ da die Terrasse zwar spektakulär ist, aber leider keine wirkliche Privatsphäre bietet. Die Fußbodenheizung und das warme Wasser waren zunächst nicht stabil bzw. es gab keine Kenntnis, wie das System funktioniert. Das ist aber jetzt geklärt und alle nachfolgenden Mieter können sich auf warme Fliesen und heißes Wasser freuen. Herr Wittmann betreut das Objekt und macht einen super Job: sehr nett, alles wird schnell geregelt und er ist auch immer ansprechbar. Die Lage ist klasse: direkt am Klippenwanderweg, totale Ruhe und Entspannung. Backofen, Trockner, Waschmaschine, Fernseher für Regentage - alles da. Das WLAN ist etwas instabil, bzw. sehr langsam. Download ist nur begrenzt möglich, mein Zeitungsabo könnte ich nur manchmal abrufen. Aber man fährt ja nicht an die Algarve, um Zeitung zu lesen ;-) Also: Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage!

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit an der Algarve wobei das Apartment einen erheblichen Teil dazu beigetragen hat. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist super und die Abende mit den Sonnenuntergängen werden in unserer Erinnerung bleiben. Das Apartment was sehr sauber und die Verwaltung hervorragend. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.

Whg befindet sich in erster Reihe an der Felsenküste - tolle Lage

Die Whg ist sehr schön gelegen und komplett ausgestattet. Herr Wittmann ist sehr hilfsbereit und der Check-In und Check-Out waren unproblematisch. Einziger kleiner Manko: Die Whg liegt in einem Reihenhaus und die Dachterasse liegt damit zwischen den Dachterassen der direkt angrenzenden Whg. links und rechts. Zur linken Dachterasse gibt es keinen Sichtschutz und somit ist die Privatspäre eingeschränkt (daher nur 4 Sterne). Laut Herr Wittmann soll aber noch ein Sichtschutz installiert werden. Parken kann man problemlos vor dem Haus.

Großartig!

Dieses komplett renovierte Apartment hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer - man kann vom Bett aus aufs Meer schauen - ist schon atemberaubend, aber die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer! Wir haben alles vorgefunden,was zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub gehört: Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zu Fuß ein Supermarkt, mehrere Bars und Restaurants bequem zu erreichen. Auch zum Strand kann man locker zu Fuß gehen. Im Apartment war alles vorhanden: ausreichend Wäsche, eine moderne, top eingerichtete und ausgestatte Küche mit Spülmaschine. Im Bad eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner. Alles war supersauber und gepflegt. Die freundliche Betreuung fing mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung an . Unser Ansprechpartner, Herr Wittmann, war fast rund um die Uhr im nahegelegenen Büro und war sehr hilfsbereit. Bei der netten Verabschiedung haben wir gleich angekündigt, dass wir wiederkommen werden.
