My room smelled terrible and the room felt very humid inside it, my family (wife and kid) was awake all night till 3am because the owner of the property( Wyndham Garden of Cartagena) threw a party on the 3rd floor and could hear the music up in my room on the 6th floor, I talk to other families that were on the 7th floor and could hear the music too, I was told the guest with families that if we didn't like it we could leave in the middle of the night and go somewhere else, I will never bring my family there again. So disrespectful to our families and so unprofessional to turn a family Hotel into a party spot and didn't even warn us when we checked in in the beginning. Sincerely, Bobby
