First off, we didn’t even get to go up to our room and waited in the downstairs lobby trying to get ahold of the host for 3 hours. When we finally got ahold of him, he said he didn’t want to let us in because it was 4 males and that he’d just rather not and hung up on us. Made the start to our trip horrilble in both wasting our time and making us trying to find another place to stay in a foreign country.

Falta de seriedad de Hoteles.com y dueño Palmetto

Hoteles.com me confirmó reserva. Antes de ingesar me contacte con el dueño del departamento al teléfono que me informaron y me dijo que el había anulado la reserva y que no me cobrarían ningún tipo de gastos. Envié un mail a Hoteles.com y nunca me contestaron. Poca seriedad del dueño del departamento y de Hoteles.com. Confirmen que no me generaron ningún tipo de gastos !!! . No tuve nada que ver. Me tuve que ir de de Cartagena antes somos una familia de 5 personas. Nos hicieron pasar un muy mal momento y me obligaron a realizar gastos no previstos

NADIE RESPONDIO POR MI RESERVA!!!!

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA. Llegamos al Compljo de Apatamentos Palmero Eliptic y nadie sabía nada de mi reserva. El teléfono que había para marcar no contestaba. Se iba a buzón de Voz. No pudimos contactar con nadie y nadie sabía nada de nuestra reserva. TERRIBLE!! Tuvimos que buscar otra opción a última hora sin reserva alguna. Espero puedan darme una explicación de que fue lo que pasó porque yo reservo muchos hoteles con Uds. Y espero que esto nunca me vuelva a pasar en la vida!!! Además no sale en su APK ningún teléfono de HOTELS.COM en Colombia para poder haberles hablado. Solo me salía un teléfono de México pero yo no tenía más que llamadas locales en Colombia. Espero sus comentarios y realmente amonesten a los apartamentos o la inmobiliaria por ser tan poco Profesionales.

El apartamento hay que hacerle varios arreglos. La cocina estaba dañana por lo que solo podiamos disponer de una hornilla electrica. Las camas de los cuartos sobre todo del cuarto principal ha que cambiarlos. El colchon estaba deforme y la cama sonaba super horrible cuando uno se movia en ella. Por lo demas puedo decir que los Baños estaban en muy buenas condiciones y el apart cuenta con una vista grandiosa y la ubicación del edificio es privilegiada.
