Nice house but poor management
This trip was a birthday celebration for me and my adult children.
We booked this luxury home about a year in advance for 6 nights. When we arrived we were hopeful for a fun and peaceful vacation
2 nights into the trip the music from the same owners next door property was intolerable. My daughter had to bang on the connecting door at 4am and that didn’t help. I emailed the manager and owner at 5:30 (along with video) that the music was still going. The manager and owner said they fined those renters. However my entire family didn’t sleep at all and neither manager or owner offered us anything for our inconvenience even though they benefited financially from this fine. I was also specifically told in writing that there is not to be ANY music at all at night.
Well again last night it happened again and when I complained I was told the music wasn’t “that loud” despite it being past midnight and that there wasn’t supposed to be any music at all
On top of that…if not sleeping for 2 nights isn’t bad enough …. The managers assistant just walked into the house while we were there (no knock on the door) and we asked for some supplies (toilet paper) which wasn’t received. We wound up having to buy basic toilet paper and paper towels.
The management and owner didn’t do anything to compensate us for the intrusiveness of the noise. Bad management. Don’t recommend
