I had a terrible experience. I called ahead to let them know I would be checking in late, and when I arrived, my reservation had been canceled. They told me I would receive a refund, but I haven’t received it yet. The attendant was extremely rude. I will never go back.

Room was clean. House cleaners, and staff were friendly and helpful. The walls were thin. The refrigerator wasn’t noisy as well as the heater.

Person at check-in was friendly. Lights on exterior of building were too bright and there was a huge gap in the exterior door to the facing. Shower was pretty small and toilet lid was loose. It was pretty noisy even past 11:00 p.m. due to unruly tenants.
