Won't be trying Motel 6 again

Didnt end up staying there...they said our reservarion didnt show up...when contacted by hotels.com was rude to the person trying to fix it and told us it was Hotels.com issue not theirs...even gave them the motel 6 confirmation number and still couldn't find booking. Hotels.com kindly refunded our payment and we drove farther to another hotel.

The hotel never got my reservation and there were other people there that never got their reservations. I had to book a whole Nother room. Expedia took my money and never gave the reservation to the hotel. I contacted Expedia many times they still haven’t given me my money back

I waited here for two hours at 10 o’clock at night was never even able to check in because they didn’t get the reservation from you. You took my money but didn’t get the reservation to the hotel. And then when I called and texted you didn’t even respond, I will never use experience Expedia again.

I'd stay here again.

I usually stay away from Motel 6, but was pleasantly surprised by this property. Building is old, but recently painted and seems well kept. Room was clean and bathroom well stocked. My only complaint was the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Overall, it's a decent place and I'd stay there again.
