NO DOGS ALLOWED.
Checked in through hotels.com expecting to be able to bring my ESA dog bc it was listed pet friendly. Then I get here check in and 11 am the next day I’m interrupted at work by the hotel owner calling me bc I had my dog with me. My dog bothers no one and is very well behaved. After all this i had to come get my dog pay a pet fee for having him the night before when it was never mentioned to me I couldn’t have my dog, and then still had to have someone babysit my dog or be forced to pay more pet fees while staying here on my business trip. Very unethical treatment from the owner to me, over a dog that is more behaved than most children, also an esa certified through USA service dogs. Even after reading in my reservation pet friendly .
