The positive was that our room had a lovely balcony and view and it was very quiet. The issues that we found were king bed with very skimpy pillows almost flat, The bed wa not the most comfortable either. The day we checked in we had two bath and two hand towels. We took showers and the drain was clogged. We had to clear it ourselves since there was no one in sight at all, not even another guest. Then the breakfest that was included was just four slices of yellow cheeze with for rolled up pieces of ham and some cereals. There are no lights in the parking lot so coming in very late after a long drive it was not the easiest to find where we were to go to check in. For the amount we paid we had hoped for a bit more consideration on the amenities and services. Not top on our list for a return.

Check in instructions were very easy. It was very nice and cozy and clean. Though it popped up in the area I wanted to stay, it ended up being no where close, so that was confusing and unfortunately. Not the properties fault at all, but ensure you check the map first. The walls are VERY thin, and could hear neighing guests and their private moments.

Loved our stay and will definitely be back. The only thing is that I asked for toilet paper, face to face to one of the staff and they didn't leave it in our room or in front of the door, so I had to go and buy toilet paper and tissue paper. Also, there was no DND signs.

Big problem to check in. Never received the pin to access. You sent it to me at 6.56 pm when I told I’ll check in between 5 and 6 pm. They said that you go through Expedia to them and the process is very long. It took us 3/4 an hour to be sorted as no internet nor signal to contact. A nice Neighbor helped us and then a manager came!
