"Toes on The Nose Beach Home" is truly a magical, peaceful place to stay. Create lasting memories with the incredible adventures of beach life in Santa Barbara. Come and kick back on the upper deck and relax while gazing at the ocean views. Or enjoy the fire pit in the large, private courtyard, complete with a fabulous outdoor shower.

It is located just steps from the beach, a one-minute walk away. A well-appointed yard includes two dining tables, outdoor storage, beach gear, not limited to three soft surfboards, boogie boards, a variety of wet suits for beach toys, and a fire pit to put your feet up after a day at the beach. This home can accommodate up to ten guests, featuring three comfortable bedrooms, a double futon, and linens for a comfy couch.

Experience the comforts of home with a resort-like ambiance. Three comfy bedrooms that are neatly decorated with plenty of linens. We have one high-end futon bed upstairs, plus a new wrap-around couch in the TV room. A fully equipped kitchen, well-appointed with excellent pots and pans and an abundance of cooking supplies. Everything you need to create fantastic, memorable meals. An outdoor barbecue on the deck that enjoys an ocean view—a special place to cook and take in the delight of Rincon Point, watching surfers.

This is an "upside-down home" where the kitchen and living room are located upstairs, maximizing the beautiful views. There is a dining area, a living room, and a TV room with a large-screen TV, sound system, books, and games—a wonderful home for families wanting to create lasting memories.

Close to the charming town of Carpinteria, you will find quaint shops, boutique clothing stores, antiquing, farmers' markets on Thursdays, and a good variety of dining. A beach community that has all the charm one could hope for.

The town of Santa Barbara is a 10-mile drive north up the 101 and has many activities, including, but not limited to, the harbor, shops, theater, and dining.

For the athletically inclined, there are surfing, horseback riding on the beach, numerous hiking trails, and many bike trails. Ride your bike along the coast to Ventura. Your choice of non-stop action or sitting on a beach chair with a good book, Rincon Point, Santa Barbara, Montecito, has it all!

Wander a bit farther north, and we have beautiful wine counties in Los Olivos, Buellton, Solvang, and San Ynez, where the movie "Sideways" was based. Schedule a tour for a beautiful winery adventure.

We love families, as we are in a private, peaceful, small beach community. I want each guest to be warmly welcomed in this well-appointed beach home. The guests must contact Katie so that the owners are aware of who is renting their unique home. All dogs must be pre-approved before being included. You may be able to instant-book, but please note that you may need to cancel if you are not the right fit.
