Less than 7 blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Municipal Marina. Check out the Fresh Catch or book yourself a charter! Casual and fine dining nearby. This Unit does not have a pool, but one of the best views of the Atlantic Ocean on the Island. Outside shower to wash off the sand. Conveniently located on the 1st level.

We stayed at William And Mary for our annual family vacation. We arrived a little early and was able to check in when we got there. The room was very clean. Location was convenient to North End Cafe. Which we visited a few times. We were on the first floor, so you could see the ocean but not the actual beach. Which was fine because you are steps down the walkway to the beach,:). Instructions on how everything works in the condo, were available and easy to understand. Would highly recommend this location for a couple or family needed some rest and relaxation.Thank you!

Network Realty was great. The property had some odd quirks: every time the upstairs neighbor walked around it sounded like they were stomping. Drawers were difficult to open. Some kitchen items weren't there. The floors were uneven.But utilities were flawless and we were right on the beach.I will happily book with Network again.
