Excellent stay!! We booked this house last minute (less than 24 hours before check-in) and everything was super smooth. They even accommodated an early check in. Communication from the host was great. The house was very clean, and we had no problems arise. A great house for families with children thanks to already-installed baby gates (!), a pack n play, high chair, kids dishes and utensils, and a fun arcade game. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

I needed a place to stay for a few days while on a short business trip to Wilmington. I decided to stay somewhere where I could relax after work. Kelly was a very accommodating host. The house was clean and well equipped with anything you would need for a large family booking or a quick small getaway. Even though I was there in the off-season, there were still plenty of cute places on the island to eat and relax after a day of work. This would also be a great spot for spring or summer vacation considering how close it is to the beach and all the beach gear/toys that are available to renters. Wifi was great, handled video conference calls with no issues.
