North Pier Ocean Villas Unit 311 features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1,149 square feet of living space in a resort-style setting with direct access to the beach.

The open-concept layout flows from a spacious dining area to a centrally located kitchen and a bright, airy living room that opens to a private covered balcony. The balcony offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and coastline, perfect for enjoying the sunrise and morning coffee or evening ocean breezes with a glass of wine. The designer kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, tools, and appliances needed to prepare meals for the entire family. A shared gas grill is also available on the property adjacent to the pool.

The primary suite offers a quiet retreat with generous space, ocean and coastline views, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower. Two additional bedrooms offer private space for additional family members or friends; the guest bedroom features a queen size bed and the bunk room includes twin size bunk beds with a trundle for sleeping up to 3 kids or young adults. The additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and tub.

Each bedroom includes a smart TV with streaming services available. High-speed wireless internet (2.5 gbps) is also included.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire unit, as well as common access to the property's resort-style amenities including a stunning pool, hot tub, sundeck, and direct access to the beach. Please note the pool and hot tub are closed during the winter season.
