Check in was seamless. Host was a great communicator. Location was prime. It was one house back from the beach and a quick walk to the boardwalk and the closest public beach acess was super close! The place was cleaned well. The grill outside was really dirty, but thats probably more on the person before us. The only reason I didnt leave 5 stars was due to the quality of the essentials for our taste. The beds were not comfortable to us. I actuality ended up sleeping in one of the non master bedrooms because the king in the master had me waking up in discomfort the next morning. I also tend to go for higher quality linens than those on the beds. Its a rental, so I get not wanting to spend a ton on them, but it does leaving you wanting more. I'm sure if you paid more for a place nightly then one could get those finer things. For the price, you really cant beat this place.

Location was the highlight - walked to everything except Publix. Four adults and 3 toddlers felt a little tight but condo was comfortable and well equipped. Hot water - nice showers. We had a check-in problem with door code and the host was very responsive. Great communications throughout the process. Parking situation was excellent. Could do better with beach accessories in a garage storage box. Hard to tell if there was anything useful among lots of tangled junk.

We had a lovely girl's getaway weekend in Carolina Beach.The host was amazing with communication.The place was CLEAN!! And I mean CLEAN!! So nice!!Great view of the ocean, especially from the covered deck.The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs.

Exactly as described! Ideal location and size for family with 3 non-driving teens looking to be a block from public beach access and a few walkable blocks to the boardwalk. Super convenient. Plenty of extra blankets for when weather got chilly. Thanks!

The kitchen was very well stocked. It was also nicely stocked with linens, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. The best we’ve experienced. Appliances were nice; refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster. Nice Roku TVs were in all 3 bedrooms and in the den. Comfortable beds. Closets were nice and there were plenty of coat hangers. Towels for the beach were a nice touch!Overall, a very nice experience.

We booked our stay well in advance and timed it perfectly at the end of the busy season. The town itself is super cute, and having dedicated parking was a big plus. The view was exactly as pictured—beautiful and relaxing. The property was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in without overpacking. While we couldn’t get the internet to work, it wasn’t a priority for us and didn’t impact our experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
