Bottom Floor - easy living, clean, comfortable, fully furnished and supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay... pots, pans, dishware, etc. Boardwalk and Gathering Deck atop the dunes provide spectacular views from pier to pier! RENOVATED 2017 interior... upgraded kitchen, entirely new bathroom with tile shower, pedestal sink, new beds, furniture, etc.! And 2016 exterior... new metal roof, newly installed vinyl windows, new fiberglass doors, reconstructed decks... Updated yes, YET maintaining the historic charm such as original wood plank walls and ceilings of yesteryear! With open windows hear the surf just steps away! We loved our stay! The beach house had everything we needed and the location with private access to the beach was awesome for our family. The host was very nice and was able to get us in early with a linen package. We stayed only one night as we were on a family roadtrip but easily would’ve stayed much longer!!

What a great find! Boat was awesome, met us at the unit to show us around and give us plenty of tips on CB. Place was clean and the beach was literally out the back door and 75’ on a private board walk. Almost want to keep this place a secret so we can go back when we want.

Nice Beachfront location. Quiet and clean. No washer, dryer, or dishwasher as expected. Also the first time I've ever had to do a walk through with property owner at time of arrival and wasn't made aware until we were already on the way.
