Family friendly townhouse, a short walk to public beach access!

This property is a beautiful townhouse in the North end, within walking distance of the pier, and features an open concept main level with plenty of natural light. Upstairs, both full bathrooms are freshly painted with new tile floors, toilets, and vanities. There is a deck off both the living room and master bedroom, perfect for sitting with a glass of wine at night and listening to the waves.

Walking up to the main living level will bring you to the kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is a laundry room on the main level that also has a half bath within it. Upstairs, both bedrooms have a full attached bathroom.

The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle.

There is parking for two cars - one in the garage, and one in the driveway. There are also several guest spots for the building that are first come first served, so availability of additional parking is not a guarantee.

We supply enough paper products and dish soap to get your trip started.

The property has beach items for your use. There is also a pack and play, kids dishes/cups, puzzles, board games, and toys.

The only security camera on site is a video doorbell.

The property owner was very attentive from our very first communication aquiring about the property. The townhouse was just as described and fully stocked. Easy keypad system for entrance to unut. Access to beach was a short walk away and having a hose to rinse off your day was a bonus! We will definitely be back

Terrific townhouse!

I cannot recommend this townhouse enough!! My family really enjoyed our 1st visit to Carolina Beach thanks to our host and this area. Our host was super informative and helpful with suggestions. The location of the property was within a short stroll to the beach access. It is located on the quieter north end of the beach. The townhouse was well appointed with beautiful decor and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Literally bring yourself, a beach towel and sunscreen! The kids liked having some games and a few toys and books for them when it rained, too. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Great Location and Great Place to Stay

The location of the townhome is perfect! It’s a quick walk around the corner to the beach! The home had everything we needed and then some! The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve seen (they even have a toaster oven) and there were even plates, cups, utensils and bibs for kids. There were plenty of toys to keep kids busy and books for adults. Also, there’s ample beach gear in the garage including chairs! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Carolina Beach!

The location is great and just as advertised, a few houses from the beach. It was clean and quiet. The hosts were great with communication and expectations. I would definitely book here again.

Great property especially if you have kids!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property It was very clean with several special amenities not seen in other places. They have kids toys, silverware, beach cart and sand toys that made it very nice for our children. The owners were very nice and informative and helped answer any questions we had, also worked with us on an early check in. Our kids have environment allergies and nothing at all bothered them about this property. The driveway in is a little snug so be prepared for that but still plenty of room for two vehicles to park once there. I would stay here again!!

Wonderful trip

We had a wonderful spring break vacation. The townhome was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed. We love how close it was to the beach. Communication with the owner was wonderful and quick. We were given much information prior to our arrival about the home and area. Thank you for letting us stay in your home we had a great vacation.
