Fabulous, new house! Accommodations were top-notch! Fire pit was empty and one quick call, they came and hooked up a new tank, within the hour. Would definitely go back! Great location, close to beach and there were a couple places you could walk to eat at and a grocery/gas station for food items. All within two blocks. We had a great Thanksgiving there!

Such a beautiful home with lots to do; from swimming, table tennis, hot tub and more. In addition, the location of the home is nearby the Carolina Boardwalk and Kure Beach. Carolina Retreat’s staff are exceptional with communication and responded in a timely manner. Truly the best family vacation we have had in a long time! Thank you!

I would highly suggest this place to anyone who’s looking! Must be 25to book and stay at this house. My family and I came to visit the beach and it was super fun! We were a large party of 8 and 2 dogs. There wasn’t too many places for the dogs to go to the bathroom so you would definitely have to walk them around the neighborhood. There is also a hole near the outside shower, dogs can escape. Other than that it is a fenced in backyard and there were plenty of seats, a table, and a grill. The pool looked bigger in the picture but overall we still enjoyed the pool. It was about 4ft 8inches all the way. There is no depth change but the steps to the pool is slippery because it is plastic so be careful when entering the pool. The house had many accommodations like cookware and silverware. There was also plenty of storage for food. It was clean when we arrived and was very beautiful on the inside and outside. The elevator was so helpful to use especially after walking the whole day. There are many grocery stores and fast food places near by in case you do need to shop. The neighborhood was very peaceful but they are building a lot more houses near by so it may change in the future. They also provided floaters and had a pool table as well as corn hole. The house also had two balconies. Only 1 car can park inside the garage. There was plenty of things to do around the area and we only walked 5 minutes to get to the beach. Instructions to enter and use certain things were very easy.

One of the rare places where the pictures actually match the location. Great place, very clean and upscale, kitchen had every tool imaginable, and pool and spa were nice to have. One of the people in our party was older and not great with stairs, so having the elevator there for him and moving around the luggage was extremely helpful. Elevator had well described instructions on it's use so we didn't have any challenges with it. Email and text communication via property company were helpful and timely. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great Choice for an Extended Family Vacation

The property is brand new and beautiful with a short walk to the beach. There are no restaurants or bars to walk to. The outdoor area has a nice pool with plenty of shade to keep cool. The neighborhood is nice but get here before the construction starts on the neighboring lot. Property management is super easy to communicate with and sent tons of great info.
