The air conditioner didn't work neither did the microwave. Because it doesn't have a front desk I just dealt with it since I was tired and it was late in the day when I arrived. This pretty much ruined by night as I brought food to eat that needed to be heated. In the morning, 15 minutes before leaving I get a knock asking if I needed anything. Come on. She was there making sure I left by check out at 11. I told her about the ac and the microwave. I also complained to expedia and to the motel through their text goodbye. I got a response saying if I had said something they would have moved me. and that the microwave wasn't plugged in. That is some classic gaslighting. Instead of apologizing and asking what could make it right they blame it on me? They didn't respond when I asked who was I supposed to ask about moving since there is no front desk. Yeah the customer service is all about them not the guest.
