Very nice 10, completely individual room property, friendly caretaker, clean room, could use a bit of exterior upkeep but being only 3 blocks from the ocean, it’s understandable. Location is perfect, five minute walk to the village but extremely quiet. Would definitely stay again

Clean and comfortable, our room was large but all 10 rooms have their own features. Very quiet location considering you are only three blocks from the beach or a five minute walk to the busy village area, with loads of places to shop, eat and enjoy coffee.

One night stay in the Newport room. Nice quiet property in a good location. Room was clean & comfortable. Check-in was easy & not seeing any staff was not a problem. Room was warm and a little musty smelling upon 1st entering at 8p, the provided fans were needed. Queen bed was soft and bouncier than our preference.

What a great room for the family! The grounds are pretty with unique plants. There’s no pool but it’s one street to the beach. The hotel has sand buckets and folding chairs to use. On Wed evenings there’s a street market two blocks away. Great restaurants everywhere. I loved the clean, fresh-smelling pillows and sheets.
