The room we got was on level 2. The elevator was not working, We had to carry our heavy luggage ourselves as they didn’t have anyone to help and they didn’t tell us in advance about it. The towel at room had big patches of blood. The front office was very casual about it and didn’t even apologize

My first impression from lobby was good but once we got to our floor the carpets were dirty, in the room the a/c unit was leaking water, carpet was wet, we had issues with the thermostat, which we did report to the front desk.

The hotel was disgusting. There was food, crumbs and trash everywhere. There was no shampoo either. The dispenser was empty as if someone hadn’t gone into that room for an extended period of time. The bathroom was the worst. The couch and the ottoman/table had stains all over it. It appears no one cleaned the room before we checked in. The WiFi also wasn’t working and front desk said all they could do was call in and report to IT. I don’t recommend this place at all and will never stay here again. So gross.
