This trip was an impromptu trip to Carlsbad Caverns with my grandson. Your hotel was a perfect pick. Pool, fitness room, buffet breakfast and free guest laundry room. They even baked cookies nightly from 5-7. Service was excellent as well

The front desk staff was great. Elijah gave us a great dinner recommendation. Loved the warm cookies at 5, and the free breakfast was better than a typical hotel breakfast.

Exactly what our family wanted when visiting National Parks. Clean, friendly staff, excellent amenities (pool toys, brand new washer/dryer, breakfast, etc.). We’ve stayed at many similar hotels and this was exceptional for the price range.

The night shift attendant had NO assemblance of a professional appearance. In shorts and dark socks. Very unkept. Probably should move on from this employee. It detracted from the Hampton Inn experience.
