Can't beat the price or the location. This is a charming, old fashioned "motor inn" just like we'd stay in back in the seventies. so it gets nostalgia points. Throw in a pool and the proximity to Carlsbad Caverns and you have a nice stay for the price. Definitely recommend.

I was there for 6 day working. I preferred a bottom floor he couldn't accommodate me. I asked for a room by the stairs. It didn't matter. I couldn't park close to the stairs. 6 days working 12 hours in 100 to 109 degree heat, I dont want to climb stairs after a day like that. However the AC worked very well. And rooms clean.

It is everything you need for one night passing through. Comfortable and reliable. Although you can hear every single car passing in the morning. But inside the room everything is perfect.
