This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite sits exclusively in MarBrisa's Cove neighborhood, with a primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. The generous living room offers a separate dining area, TV, and queen-size sleeper sofa, while the full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink, and dishes and utensils for easy home-cooked meals. Many units include an in-room washer/dryer (some do not, with complimentary community laundry available in each building), and every suite has its own patio or balcony, with elevator access to higher floors.
