Beach Chic Studio Condo in the Balboa building just inside the gates of the resort. This peaceful space is just steps from the LaCosta Spa. Enjoy a game of golf or dinner at Bob's Steak House. Grab a cup of Peets's coffee or a sandwich at the Marketplace. A short walk outside the resort is Gelson's to either grab a few things to cook a meal in your condo, or shop online and have your goodies delivered. Heading to the beach? No problem! South Ponto Beach is only a 5 minute drive away. Shopping? We have some of the best shopping in the area. Premium Outlets are 8 minutes away and the Forum is only 5 minutes.

Overall, very comfortable studio condo: very clean, nice furniture, and pretty well stocked kitchen. Resort complex is beautiful, meticulously maintained and lovely pool. Balcony is deceptively small and not really very user friendly. Hot water was also minimal. It is located near the main resort entrance, so a bit nosey for me....lots of landscaping maintenance, but great for the property.

Great stay

In Carlsbad for leisure trip with my son. The condo was very clean, exactly as represented online, great immediate neighborhood adjacent to Omni La Costa, and surrounding area has any food or shopping you'd want to enjoy. We would absolutely return next time we're in town!

La Costa Omni Condo

When I opened the dishwasher it smelled like something was dead and rotting in it. There were only two very small bars of soap in the unit.The shag rug bath mats looked very old and worn. The toilets do not flush effectively. When I reported all of this to Cindy, the property manager, she did not seem to care. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in the past. This was the first time we decided we would never stay at this property again.

Felt at home!

This was my first experience with Vrbo. I have nothing but good things to say. Anytime I had a question it was quickly responded to. The condo was very comfortable, a perfect home away from home. I would stay here again without question! Thank you!
