The bed was a box built frame with a mattress , very uncomfortable. The bathroom very tiny had to leave door open, and toilet very low. Noisey bathroom fan. Continental breakfast consist of waffles, toast ,muffins, yogurts ,pastry coffee and juice no meat

Shower was not clean. We saw several bugs in the room. Bathroom only had 2 towels/washclothes for the three of us. The "hot breakfast" not good.

The television remote didn't work. Someone came to help, she didn't help. There was no way to operate it without the remote. The water in the bathtub couldn't be shut off completely, it more than trickled all the time.

The stay was great, other than the check-in process. When I arrived, I was told that my credit card was denied. That's not true. I paid in full with my credit card at the time I booked, over 7 months ago. Do I need to bring a copy of my credit card statement when I check-in? REDICULOUS.

We've stayed here many times before with no issues but this time the room door drug when opening and would only open half way. Extremely hard to open. The bathroom door would slam shut. No other complaints.

Stayed here for the mopar Carlisle show. Everything was decent. Enough parking. No pool. Some or the water bottles were empty. Cleaning outside the room could be better

I read some of the reviews and when I got my room I was very shocked that people wrote nasty reviews. My room had cold air, clean, clean, clean room and bathroom. I will definately stay again.

Room was dirty and the air conditioner didnā€™t work and there was no fan in the bath so it bugged. The hotel was really dated and it wasnā€™t very clean. Would not recommend staying
