I really enjoyed my stay at Larkspur Landing. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially Star, who worked in the kitchen setting up breakfast. Always with a big smile and an offer to help. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice although the toilet was very low, not meant for adults. I would stay there again.

After seeing such a high rating, I was expecting a much more clean and comfortable experience for my one night stay on a long road trip. After receiving my room assignment, I found out the elevator was broken and they offered to bring my stuff up or change my room to first floor. I took the offer to change my room to the first floor. The furnishings and carpet in the room were outdated. Everything seemed a tiny bit damp in the room from the a/c unit (I assume) and thus the room had a slight odor. There was dust/dirt collected in all corners and crevices in the room and bathroom. There were spots on the ceiiling. The a/c unit clanked and clattered all night. The mattress was not comfortable.

Not very secure

The staff were great. I was very nervous off the fact that an outer doorway that should have been secured to only key card carrying guest was broken so anyone could get in my hallway. Front desk explained that they watch the cameras but she also was the only one on duty and she had many other chores.

A hidden gem in Carlisle. Great staff, clean modern rooms, excellent value. Note - if you are using Waze or other GPS travel app, the entrance to the Hotel is on Sunday Drive. You need to turn onto Sunday Drive at the traffic light. Wave seems to think there is an entrance from Harrisburg Pike, but there is just a rough patch of blacktop that goes nowhere.
Use Sunday Drive from Rt. 11 (Harrisburg Pike) to get to the hotel.

Elevator was out of order. We were booked into a room that was already occupied. Had to go back down stairs got them to be moved to another room. They never cleaned the room second day and restocked towels, etc. I mentioned twice about compensation for the Inconvenience s and was ignored by both women. The water in shower ran continuously as the know wasn’t tight. Sad, very sad. Won’t pay to stay there again, ever!

The elevator was down asked for lower room did not have one seems like they would let people know before you get there that the elevator was down and it could have waited they said they were upgrading it and the beds were not comfortable the pillows stuck they did replace them though, asked to cancel last nights room because of these problems they would not don’t recommend staying here at all

Hotel was ok. Not worth the money I was charged. Traveling back home and needed to stop for the night. Area was pretty full due to weekend car show. Greeted by an awful foul smell when getting out of the car to enter hotel. Front desk said it's the waste treatment plant. Room smelled musty as well. No soaps or shampoo in shower. Was ok for a quick overnight. Staff was friendly.
