I accidentally booked the wrong night. Was told I would receive a refund for night I didn’t stay. Had to pay twice. Went to hotels and they said hotel denied my request. Basically they lied to get another night out of me at a higher rate. Dirtbag hotel and dirtbag liars. Would not of stayed second night because was truckers hotel.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay. The room we were given is not what we booked for and when we arrived we were told that because we booked online through a third party we had to pay an extra $100 deposit which wouldn't have been an issue if we would've known before hand
