Bed bugs and uncleaned rooms.

I would not recommend this hotel. During our stay, bed bugs were found in both of the rooms we booked. We discovered them early in the morning and immediately reported the issue to the front desk. Unfortunately, we were not offered much assistance and were told that management was unavailable. We requested to switch rooms. Upon inspecting the new room, we found used items under the bed, along with large stains on the mattress and bedding. This hotel clearly has major cleanliness and pest control issues. We had to bag and isolate all of our clothing and luggage for treatment after our stay, which added unexpected stress and expense to our trip. I strongly recommend considering other accommodations.

Room was clean. However, the staff weren't overly friendly and the place was torn up. The pool was being fixed, the carpet in the 3rd story was torn up and instead of placing something on top of it when it wasn't being worked on, the concrete was just chipped and everywhere. The downstairs hallway wasn't vacuumed. Not far from everything but not super convenient either. Overall it's just ok. Not bad but there are better.
