Enjoy the charm of the place: a garden with old oak trees offering welcome shade, the Jacuzzi with sea view, the pergola under which life is good, the pétanque court where the Aperitif is played in a friendly atmosphere...and of course, fantastic sunsets over the sea!

The gîte - 140m2 of living space - on one level, offers 4 bedrooms including 1 with private bathroom (shower, WC), and 1 with WC/sink, spacious bathroom with WC, a kitchen offers all the equipment necessary for preparing your meals, a large living room opening onto a veranda offering a relaxation area and a dining area (see photo of the plan).
The 80 m2 terrace, sheltered by shade sails, allows you to take your meals or relax with a unique view of the deep blue!
For your comfort, we have equipped our rooms with a “latest generation” fan, which is very quiet! bed linen is provided as well as towels. For our little guests, available: high chair, baby bed, BB bath, booster seat (please request this when making your reservation). Are you looking for calm and space? it will be the ideal vacation spot with family or friends...for only one facing the big blue sea!
End of stay cleaning is optional, if you wish, please reserve it upon your arrival (€90.00).

Our travelers have free access to the garden, it is entirely dedicated to them. Trees, it has a "relax" reading area in the shade of the oaks where it is good to have an aperitif, a "grill" barbecue area (gas)... A terrace with playground petanque. Free parking spaces (3 cars), for motorcycles in the event of a storm, garage shelter, all close to your accommodation.

Formidable résidence

Le site est exceptionnel et vous habiterez au RC de la résidence familiale. Les photos sont conforment à la réalité . Les hôtes étaient très accueillant, chaleureux et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous avons eu un séjour mémorable et je vous le recommande.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison tout confort avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et la plage du Peru. Marianne et Doume ont été charmants, très accueillants et à notre écoute. Les extérieurs sont vastes : grande table à manger, espace chaises longues sur la terrasse, coin canapé abrité, terrain de boules... Tout est très agréable. Un très bon souvenir.

Cadre exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement parfaitement équipé, joliment décoré, propre et fonctionnel. L'extérieur invite à la farniente, aux moments de détente dans le jacuzzi et aux apéros sous la pergola avec le coucher de soleil sur la baie. Doumé nous a été de très bon conseil et a été un hôte très bienveillant et disponible. Nous espérons revenir ou avoir le plaisir de les accueillir en Alsace.

Besser geht es kaum

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit ihrem tollen Garten bietet so ziemlich alles, was zum wohlfühlen nötig ist. Zunächst einmal ist sie sehr groß mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, die Wohnung sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Highlight ist der Aussenbereich mit sehr schöner Aussicht, dem angenehmen Whirlpool, guten Möbeln und einer sehr schönen überdachten Ruheecke. Sonnenschirm, Schnorchel mit Taucherbrille und Wellenbretter sind auch da. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 500 m entfernt. Gut gefallen hat uns der Plage Chiuni, am Plage Peru die nette Strandbar. Highlights in der Umgebung waren wandern in der Calanche sowie in der Speluncaschlucht. Unterkunft und Landschaft zusammen kaum zu überbieten. Sehr netter Vermieter. Hinfahren!

Super gelegene, mit allem Komfort ausgerüstete Ferienwohnung

Unsere Familie hat 2 wunderschöne Wochen verlebt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man so auch im eigenen Haushalt hat. Viele schöne Details, viele weiche Kissen und ein schöner Kuschelort im Garten. Jeden Abend ein wunderschöner Abendhimmel, dazu die herrlichen Buchten und Strände auf Korsika, mehr geht nicht.

Excellent location and hosts

What an experience! Breathtaking view over the bay with the mountains on both sides. Stunning house with 4 bedrooms and a large kitchen. Jacuzzi, pétanque, table football are some of the activities your can do around the house. We can surely recommend this extravagant house for large families.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la villa de Marianne et Doumé. Des personnes accueillantes, de bons conseils, une villa très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle, un jaccuzzi, une pergola idéale pour les temps de sieste et d'apéros ! Eine perfekte Unterkunft

Eine tolle, top ausgestattete Villa mit schönem Garten, Meerblick und 10 min per Auto zum Strand. Sehr kurze Wege auch zum Supermarkt, nach Cargèse und zu verschiedenen Restaurants sowie zu den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Un séjour exceptionnel !

Nous n'avons qu'une hâte, retourner à la VILLA Marie Claire. Lieu exceptionnel, la vue, la terrasse, le jardin, la déco, la propreté impeccable, tout y est. Sehr schön und entspannt

Maria-Anne ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit vielen Details und einer komplett und bestens ausgestatteten Küche. Der Grill ist prima, und die Terrasse das eigentliche Highlight, es weht meist eine leichte Brise und die Sicht auf den Strand von Peru ist ausgezeichnet.

Location agréable.

Location spacieuse et très bien exposée face au golfe de Cargèse, plage de Péro. Coucher de soleil. Cuisine bien équipée mais sans fenêtre. La famille habite au-dessus mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Bestlage

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit Garten, Terrasse und wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Plage de Pero! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und charmant und sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Zwei Supermärkte in ca. 1 km Entfernung. Bis zum Strand mit dem Auto 5 min. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
