Magnificent house located at the end of a closed road and in a quiet area. The house is located in such a way that there is a view of the countryside and within walking distance of the town. You have your own pool, covered terrace, garden furniture, Weber grill, table tennis, internet and TV available.

 

Location:

The house is situated away from neighbours, and only 1.1 km from Carces, where there are specialty shops, bars and restaurants. There is 1.75 km to a larger supermarket.

Carces is ideally located for trips to the nearby villages, wine castles, cycling, hiking, Lac de Carces, Seillans de Cascade or Abbye de Thoronet waterfalls. There are also plenty of opportunities for day trips to: Sainte-Crooix-du-Verdon (Gorges du Verdon), Saint-Tropez, the many beaches on the Mediterranean, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Toulon, Avignon and much more.

The house is on two levels:

On the ground floor there is a combined living/dining room in open connection with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate toilet and a bedroom equipped with a double bed, from which there is access to a bathroom. From the bedroom there is access to the garden.

On the 1st floor, there are three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The house is on a 1250 sq m plot, which is at the end of a cul-de-sac slightly up a hill, which offers views of the surrounding countryside.

There is a covered terrace with an awning.

The pool measures 9 x 4 m and has a depth of 1.60 m. There is easy access to the pool by stairs in the water.

On the grounds there are several trees that can provide shade on hot days, and where there is garden furniture available.

There is the following equipment: two lounge sets, two garden tables, 12 garden chairs, 6 deck chairs, Weber grill and a table tennis table.

Séjour agréable

Très jolie villa, idéalement bien située bien entretenue et bien équipée. Espace nuit très spacieux tout comme la pièce à vivre. Les enfants peuvent jouer tout autour de la maison sans aucun risque puisque clôturée. La piscine est suffisament grande. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants et autant de bouées pour s'amuser en famille. Merci Erling et Jette famille.

Toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und hat einen hübschen Außenbereich mit Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend und umfangreich ausgestattet. Auch die Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Bäder haben uns gefallen. Das Haus ist sauber und der Pool wird einmal die Woche gereinigt. Die Internet Anbindung ist hervorragend. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Point négatif le manque d’entretien de la piscine qui devient verte obligé de prévenir la conciergerie qui était très réactive La douche du haut boucher le syphon de la douche pas nettoyer Problème avec le ballon d’eau chaude mais qui a été vite réparer par le plombier
