What a view! We were in Room 19 at the top of the property and the view of the walled city was spectacular! The room was spacious and comfortable, and VERY quiet. Two things to consider—-we were 50 steps up from reception. This is not a room for those who can’t handle stairs. There is no elevator, so you are carrying your suitcase up. Also, parking is outside the pedestrian area, so your car will be about two blocks from the door. You can drive in and park next to the hotel to load your bags, and that same situation may be available if you check in early. Parking is free in the lots next to the pedestrian section, so that is a plus.

Such a lovely little hotel. Friendly staff & really clean. Great little touches…nespresso machine,water filter,shower cap to name a few. Parking available offsite which they messaged to tell me about,so helpful.

Great hotel within walking distance of sites. Restaurant options nearby. Parking is a bit of a walk but was free; could be a problem to find parking if this public lot was full. The only other thing which kept me rating this hotel as excellent was the lack of hot water in the shower. Room was compact but comfortable. Interior courtyard was lovely and quiet.

This charming hotel is an absolute treasure find! Perfectly situated, spotlessly clean and has lovely breakfast facilities. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfy. Carcassonne cite was less than a 5 min walk as well. It also has a beautiful terasse so you can sit outside and stare at the castle. Air conditioning in room was a lovely bonus on a 35 degree day!

Lovely inn on a quiet street just outside the walls of Carcassone. Bit of a steep walk up to the village itself but totally manageable. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. Several restaurants within a few meters walk of the hotel. There is access to a small roof terrace which has an amazing view of Carcassone. Very happy with our stay.

The management was helpful when I got a parking ticket and couldnht pay it with a credit card from another country. They made parking easy and the site was perfect for spending time in and around the walled city.

Wonderful stay. Boutique hotel with personalized attention from owners. Delicious French breakfast in a beautiful garden setting. No elevators. 9 minute steep walk to the castle. Trivalle street where hotel is located is very lively and full of restaurants and cafés.

Great property. Gentleman and ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful! We paid extra for a parking space and would recommend this. Room comfortable, clean and modern. Lovely new bathroom.
