Pool Closure Notice: The pool is scheduled to be closed starting January 5, 2026, for approximately one month. The other two pools at the Beach Villas will remain open and available to guests. One is in front of the 2300 building, and the other is in front of the 2500 building.

Post-Storm Notice: Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to certain amenities may be limited during your stay.

Construction: While there is currently no ongoing work within the resort, we do not issue refunds for disruptions caused by unexpected maintenance or construction beyond our control.

This was such a good choice! Mere steps to the beach, beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony, fast response for a small ant attack in the kitchen (like seriously…ten minutes) and within walking distance of The Bubble Room. Will book again.
