Amazing Location! This five-bedroom, five-bathroom pool home is central to Captiva Village, marinas, restaurants, shops and live music. This home had recently been updated with new furnishings and décor, new stairs, new carpet, and the wood floors have been redone. The pool is new with new tile, new landscaping, and new exterior décor and the house has been freshly painted.

A large kitchen with an open living, dining room, high ceilings, and a screened-in pool. The five bedrooms have ample room for all guests to relax after a day at the pool or beach. Just a 5-minute walk (.1 mile) to gorgeous Captiva Beaches!

The elevator is not available for guests.

Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.

Family trip for 13

We had a great time. A few missteps by management that were resolved on Monday of our Saturday-Sat stay. Was told house would sleep 14 and it had a beach cart and cooler. Those items were not available but purchased and brought to house on Monday-thank you. House would all 5 stars if there was any furniture to use in basement as there is not room for 13 people to sit and relax. Also having a half bath down stairs would be awesome! people in pool area could use that as could anyone sleeping on the blown up mattresses downstairs. Since there was no half bath we had to take the mattress upstairs do kids could sleep. Very easy walk up beach. Quick response to issues so that was fine. Lastly dishwasher did not work but a repair person came immediately and determined a new one would be required. Installed before end of day. Very clean. And quieter area. We had a good time.

Amazing Bella Vita!

Our 2nd time staying at this property & it did not disappoint! This place is perfect for our family of 12 & we love it! Some suggestions would be perhaps some instructions for each tv (there are 6) & a few more extra bed pillows & blankets. Perhaps a few fans for bedrooms. Wifi would not connect to tv in bunkbed room. Tech came out but said signal was too weak in that room. However laptop & tablet connected fine with no issues. So maybe a tv problem?? A new crock pot was also delivered to us which was great for making & cooking our dinners so our food would be ready after our busy days. Also when draining the spa tub in master bath, the toilet would bubble & one time almost overflowed. So a plumber should definitely check that issue. Oh & my sons in law suggested the basement would be perfect for a rec room (ping pong, pool table, etc). We would definitely stay at this place again. It really is super nice & the location is perfect.

Heaven on Earth

Clean and beautiful property with new updates and an amazing pool and hot tub. All the cookware and linens you need. We did end up having to rent a cooler and beach cart from YOLO but it was an easy process. Great place to connect with family and friends. Convenient to stores and beach. We felt very safe there.
