Enter the lower level through the poolside sliding doors, where you will find a private family suite which includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, a large bathroom, an attached family room with a TV and DVD player and a small den with a TV, table and chairs and a full size sleeper sofa. You will also find a garage for your use on this level.

Go up the stairs to the main level complete with a newly renovated, fully-equipped kitchen. Your family can gather comfortably in the bright and airy great room and watch the gorgeous gulf sunset from the huge wall of windows overlooking the beach. The great room has plenty of seating, a large screen wall mounted HDTV with cable and an open concept with the kitchen and dining area.

The main level also offers a generously sized bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet, TV and walkout to a screened in lanai. Go through the connected bathroom to find another guest bedroom with two twin sized beds. There is also a huge laundry room, plenty of storage space and half bath on this level.

The master bedroom can be found on the upper level, with a king size bed, private porch overlooking the water, lots of storage, TV, and a private master bath with shower and jetted garden tub.
