BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT BEACH LOCATION - FALL SPECIALS!!!!

This oceanfront 6 bedroom home is located on North Captiva Island and can accommodate up to 16 people. It comes with the North Captiva Island Club membership which is an additional bonus, giving our guests access to all that the club has to offer: 2 heated swimming pools, large hot tub, poolside restaurant & bar, and kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles just a 4 minute golf cart ride away.

The views from this home are absolutely amazing, best on the island. You can see dolphin and manatees as they swim by daily. On the lower level beach deck is comfortable seating which makes a fun area to hang out and have a drink plus is very close to the beach for retrieving beverages while hanging out on the beautiful beach in front of the house. This home's location doesn't get any better!

Bedroom 6 features 2 twin & Full size bunk room
Queen pullout in upper level living room

We include 1 golf cart with the rental of our home and additional carts are available at the local cart rental close to our house.

We also own a dock close to our home for boaters wanting to dock their boat.

The upper level living area has great views and features a large screen smart TV and high speed internet great for multiple guests to watch movies and also do Zoom meetings when needed. There are 2 decks on the upper level and 2 decks on the lower level, so there is plenty of room for your entire group!

The kitchen is granite and stainless steel and fully equipped for the chef in your group! Our dining table seats 12 and the bar area seats an additional 4 for large groups.

There are also delicious restaurants on the island for nights when you don't feel like cooking. Additionally, you can hire one of the private chefs on the island to come to your vacation rental home to prepare a gourmet meal for your group right in the home.

Massages on the beach are also available during your vacation for the ultimate in relaxation!

This beach is also known for it's shelling and guests spend hours finding unique beautiful shells, sea horses, sand dollars and star fish.

The beach directly in front of the house is ever changing and a beautiful place to sit and relax and enjoy the sunset or watch your kids swim. The beach that touches the north side of our house is one of the largest sandy beaches on the island as we have no neighbouring house on this side so it is great for large groups. This is one of the best features of this oceanfront vacation home!

Boat, Jet Ski and Paddle board rentals are also available on the island. Fishing charters are also very popular and there are many captains to take you out. Another fun way to spend the day is on a boating charter island hopping to the different restaurants on one of the neighbouring islands.

North Captiva is an exclusive destination with all of the luxuries of the mainland. You feel as if you are on a Caribbean island without having to leave the U.S. This is a place that you will want to return to year after year!
