This place was totally disgusting and failed to disclose that there are 140 steps plus 14 switchbacks to get to it. We had a 2 year old with us and someone with a bad back. there was a slug in the sink and dead bugs on the ground and spiderwebs, no grout in the tile in the showers, no soap, etc. We had to flee after one night and owner will not provide a refund. It does not look like what the pictures show and the omission of the steps to get to the house constituted blatant fraud.

Capri Villa

This villa is a classic Capri family property. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Close to much of the best of the island. Very clean with a wonderful pool that was great on those hot late summer days. The site manager, Ivan, is amazing. He was so helpful with the villa and any questions we had. He is also great at booking restaurants.

Heaven in Capri

We loved our stay in the villa with fantastic views over Marine Piccholo, Anacapri and Ischia while enjoying great Italian wine and food on the terrace! Also, ownership contributed substantially to ensuring a delightful holiday!

Nid d’aigles, au calme mais réservé aux personnes ayant une bonne condition physique.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine fin octobre 2022. Les plus: La villa a une vue imprenable. Le calme est de mise. Vous ne serez pas gêné par le voisinage car le nombre de maison est très restreint. Il y a de la place et les chambres sont bien réparties, une dépendance est même disponible. La piscine est suffisante pour les adultes! Ivan votre interlocuteur est au top et très serviable. Votre hôte Giuseppe répondra également à toutes vos interrogations. Les moins: Du fait de la végétation abondante, les moustiques sont très présents, les maisons voisines présentaient de nombreux points d’eau stagnante comme une piscine non entretenue. Difficile de profiter de la terrasse après 19h, nous y avons renoncé avec les enfants. Accès et sécurité: L’accès principal se fait par des escaliers ( environ 100 marches) auxquels il faut ajouter des zig zags sur env. 50m de dénivelé + les 20 min de marche depuis la place principale. L’arrivée est donc très sportive avec valises et enfants (mêmes si quelqu’un ivan vous aide avec une valise). Un service de bagagiste extérieur est disponible mais coûteux. La piscine est profonde et non sécurisée, la vigilance est donc de mise. La cuisine est assez petite et un couteau de qualité serait utile pour cuisiner. Les poignées, serrures et moustiquaires sont toutes à revoir. Amore Rental un intermédiaire utile? Ils répondent aux mails après la réservation sur Abritel, mais n’ont pas été présents une fois sur place. C’est lvan qui (via le propriétaire) s’occupe de l’accueil et intendance. Encore merci à lui!
