The house comprises on the first level of kitchen-dining room double bedroom with bathroom, service bedroom with bathroom, bedroom with three beds, two of which are bunk beds, with bathroom. External staircase leading to the panoramic terraces and to an equally panoramic small living room with bathroom and sofa bed, which can be converted into a double bedroom if necessary. Continuing in the garden there is the guest house equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom and two small rooms with possible twin beds. Finally, there is the swimming pool with outdoor shower and solarium with a wide view.

Distance from the famous Piazzetta 1.1 km, reachable on foot in about 15 minutes.. Ideal for nature lovers. From the Port of Marina Grande, the Piazzetta can be reached by funicular, by taxi or by bus. The house is equipped with a wi-fi system. We can provide a telephone number for a cleaning person to be paid by the hour not included in the rental price.
