I didn’t like that no discount was offered when the pool and hot tubs were down and out of order. I wasn’t in love with the jacuzzi layout being in the bathroom and when the neighbouring unit ran there water it was loud as I am sure it was for them when I ran mine as well . Over all tho it was an alright stay

I loved my experience here. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. I do wish the property was pet friendly. Other than that I recommend this place to all my family and friends when visiting the city.

Location is great and so is the breakfast options and staff. However, the only reason I booked this hotel was because it was one of the only hotels in Sudbury with a hot tub. I was bitterly disappointed to find out that the pool and hot tub were both under construction and out of order. This should have been disclosed on the booking page as I would have not stayed here, especially with the price per night being higher than competitors.

The staff were excellent but the room while clean had some issues. The lock on door was broken and the toilet paper holder was rusted and one of them was broken. The fan in the bathroom rattled constantly. The walls were pretty thin and I could hear water running almost all of the time.

The staff were very lovely. They were efficient and helpful. The property including the pool and hot tub were well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. The only possible negative would be how thin the walls are. You can hear anything above a normal conversation. But this was only a nuisance as I’m not an early riser 😆

They decided to clean the pool during pool hours. For the two couples that were there for one evening, the pool was closed. This could be done after hours as opposed to peak hours right after dinner.
