Two-room apartment in Villa of about 40 square meters located in the town of Capoliveri, halfway between the village and the sea and surrounded by the lush greenery of the Mediterranean vegetation which inspires its colors. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, wardrobe and satellite TV with adjustable wall and a partially separated equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a bunk bed where, if necessary, you can accommodate two children and a bathroom with window, bidet and shower. An exclusive terrace with garden table and chairs and a large patio, which extends on two sides of the Villa, is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Ideal for outdoor dining, sunbathing, resting and letting children play safely. Guests can arrive at the Villa with their own car and park in the condominium area in front of the entrance. On the ground floor of the Villa a condominium barbecue is available to those who want to take advantage of it. SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT SUPPLIED.

Vacanza in tranquillità

Ottima vacanza: la casa è in una posizione tranquilla, con largo spazio all'aperto in gran parte ombreggiato. Ogni giorno una spiaggia diversa, ma alla sera la piccola spiaggia degli Stecchi vicina a casa permette di assaporare il mare fino al tramonto del sole.

Sehr einfache Unterkunft mit einfachster Ausstattung. Es sind ca. 15 Gehminuten nach Capoliveri und ca. 15 Gehminuten zum nächsten Strand Stecchi.
