Nous sommes restés quatre mois dans cette maison, nous avons donc eu le temps d'en voir les bons et les mauvais côtés, ou devrais-je dire à chercher le mauvais côté, lol. La maison est bien pensée et pratique, le quartier est simplement génial!! le voisinage adorable, c'est très dur de ne pas lier amitié :) le propriétaire quant à lui est au top, super réactif au besoin. A 3 mn (en voiture) du départ de la 3ème chute, 10 mn des belles plages familliale et 20 mn de plages +++ Avec en prime une petite vue mer bien sympathique. Le seul point négatif est la proximité de la route, la maison est bien clôturée donc aucun risque, juste la gêne du bruit... maintenant il faut relativiser ce n'est pas une national non plus. Le secteur est campagne et typique, loin de l'artifice touristique, la vraie Guadeloupe est là. Du coeur, de la joie, du partage. NOUS CONSEILLONS A 200%

Maison très jolie, très propre et agreable

Logement conforme à la description, très bien entretenu. Localisation idéale pour visiter la basse terre, près des chutes du Carbet, des plages et de nombreuses randonnées.

Nous venons de passez un mois dans cette maison très fonctionnelle. Max est une personne très à l'écoute et surtout très réactif à nos demandes. À conseiller pour des séjours courts mais aussi longs car il ne manque rien. La route est très passante mais la maison est sécurisée et ne nous a pas gênée car nous étions souvent absentes dans la journée À recommander pour ceux qui veulent séjourner à Capesterre

A REFAIRE!!!

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cette maison de vacances pendant 3 semaines et notre départ a été un vrai déchirement. Elle est spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée et donc idéale pour une famille avec enfants. Il est vrai que la route est dangereuse mais le propriétaire a pris soin de la sécuriser totalement. Mr MAURICE PEROUMAL est très sérieux et agréable.

Maison correcte mais situee en bordure de route tres passagere et tres bruyante ce n'est pas ce que nous recherchons tres content de quitter ce lieu
